Together, we have hundreds of years experience working in senior positions in Production, and have worked on thousands of hours of Film & TV projects.
Dan Kay
Since being named a Broadcast Hotshot in 2017, Dan has Line Produced “The New Pope” (HBO/Sky Atlantic), “The Last Kingdom” (Netflix) and “The Salisbury Poisonings” (BBC). He then Produced “Breeders” (FX/Sky), “Wedding Season” (Disney+) and most recently “Industry” (HBO).
Dan is a freelance Producer most comfortable on Band 3+ Scripted and always budgets every show he works on. When not standing in a rainy unit base at 4am, Dan likes to budget from the comfort of his own home, so he set up The Budgeters to keep busy between shows.
Daniel-Konrad Cooper
Daniel-Konrad Cooper brings 17 years of experience split across over 60 Studio and Indie feature films. Studio credits as Production Supervisor include Christopher Nolan’s DUNKIRK and Sony/Marvel's KRAVEN THE HUNTER. He has managed shoots internationally from Moscow to Montreal, Malta and Mississippi and has filmed extensively in Hungary and the UK. His 13 theatrically-released Independent Features through Rather Good Films Ltd include DEAD IN A WEEK (OR YOUR MONEY BACK) and THE MAN IN THE HAT now available on Prime. He also works as a 1st AD on 3rd-party projects and is currently an in-house Consulting Producer for Garden Studios, exploring opportunities around Virtual Production.
Daniel Bankover
Dan started his career at Leopard Films before moving to Endemol to work across Big Brother amongst others. There soon followed time at BBC and Two Four and he then joined Shine spending a number of years in food programming
There followed spells at Liberty Bell, Wall to Wall, Britespark and Optomen before joining ITN Productions and working across a range of programming from Royal Weddings to Cruise ships. He was Head of Production at Brown Bob as well as Zig Zag and now consults with a number of companies offering HOP support
Nila Karadia
Nila is a Production Executive with over 20 years of experience in scripted television. She specializes in budgeting and scheduling for children's programs, comedies, and dramas.

Throughout her career, Nila has worked across multiple platforms for renowned companies, including the BBC, Hat Trick, and Tiger Aspect. Known for her ability to balance creative ambition with budgetary constraints, she thrives on tackling new challenges.

Outside of work, Nila enjoys running with her dog, traveling to new destinations, and diving into a good book.
Tansi Inayat
Tansi has a proven track record worldwide. Large scale formats, multi rig/multi media, drama to extreme adventure & complex compliance & legal documentaries. With over 25 years in the business, Tansi’s experience spans most genre’s & broadcast platforms & her skills range across editorial & production, providing a holistic/360 degree overview
Tansi portrays strong leadership qualities & enjoys the strategic & commercial side of the business & providing end to end production solutions.Working across a slate of projects she thrives on creating & negotiating budgets with UK Broadcasters & International Streamers as much as collaborating & supporting companies, productions, departments & teams - to ensure the smooth running of each project whilst retaining the editorial vision & fulfilling the stories potential
Tricia Cooklin
Tricia has worked on a variety of global productions in film and TV across most genres. With over 30 years’ experience preparing budgets in Movie Magic, PMI and excel, along with detailed schedules, cashflows, cost managers and cost reports. Experienced in taking projects from idea to delivery. Working on complex shoots and filming in hostile environments. Tricia has been head of production and has worked on Academy short listed films. She has delivered programmes to broadcasters around the world. Beginning her career in editorial, working up from researcher to series producer, she moved over to production with an in-depth knowledge of what is important editorially.
Laura Bowron
With 15 years of experience, Laura brings a wealth of experience in budgeting and Line Producing for Non Fiction projects, including singles, series, and feature length productions for development, broadcasters, indies and online in the US, UK and LATAM.
Laura worked across the Emmy nominated No Greater Law for A+E (2018), and the double Emmy Nominated XY Chelsea for Showtime (2019). Most recently she Line Produced the SXSW premeried feature length music documentary Omar & Cedric: If this ever gets weird (2023).
Lynn Grant
Lynn is an experienced Scripted Line Producer with expertise in Continuing and Returning Drama. Joining BBC Drama Department in 1987.
Constantly keeping abreast of the latest PACT/BECTU agreement and other industry bodies, including H&S, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sustainability & Cast & Crew Wellbeing considerations to navigate complex production requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lynn has budgeted and taken productions overseas to France, Italy, Switzerland, South Africa, Ukraine & Sweden.
Victoria Kelly
Vic started her career in online content and sports programming over 15 years ago. She’s since then worked on a huge variety of different broadcast and online non fiction formats, everything from reality TV, documentaries, chat shows, factual entertainment, fixed rig shows, children’s TV and branded content. After years as a Production Manager and then Line Producer she worked her way up the production management ladder to Head of Production and has managed and overseen budgets from very nimble to multi million pound big hitters.
